Assist in inventory management, stock receiving, ordering procedures, and monitoring kitchen costs, portion control, and food waste reduction. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations and maintain HACCP and food safety standards. Support Head Chef in kitchen supervision, staff coordination, training of junior crew, vendor management, and operational audits.
Front House Provide professional guest service by greeting customers, presenting menu items, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
