Management Trainee (F&B) – Iconic 5-Star Hotel, City Hall MRT Salary: Up to $3300 + 2 meals a day
Location: Central Singapore (next to City Hall MRT)
What You’ll Learn & Do - Rotate through key front-of-house roles (service, reception, captain).
- Deliver top-notch customer service that delights guests.
- Manage reservations, front desk & CRM system.
- Handle POS, billing, closing & petty cash.
- Assist with event planning, rostering & inventory checks.
- Lead service teams and coordinate with other departments.
- Uphold the highest hygiene, safety & service standards.
Who We’re Looking For - Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese preferred to liaise with customers.
- Strong communication, positive attitude, passion for hospitality.
