Major Responsibility Areas

• Documentation Execution
• Draft and execute key documents such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Shareholder Agreements (SHA) incorporating approved commercial terms
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including the legal team, plant teams for inputs, clarifications, and issue resolution
• Conduct meetings with vendors for document discussions, clarifications, and alignment towards finalization.
