As the Management Knowledge Transfer Partnership Associate, you will lead a major transformation project with Barker Langham Ltd, a global consultancy shaping museums, exhibitions and immersive experiences across the UK, Middle East, Europe and North America.



Based in London, UK, you’ll work at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic creative ecosystems. You will analyse how exhibitions are currently developed, design new ways of working, and help shift the company towards a more sustainable, inclusive and digitally collaborative production model. Your work will directly influence major international cultural projects.



You’ll create innovative frameworks, toolkits and sustainability dashboards, pilot them on live projects, and support global teams to embed new capabilities.
