Job Duties You will be posted to the HR & Shared Services team to support frontline HR administration. Working with the Division's managers and staff, your main duties will include:- Manage staff matters for frontline junior officers, including on-boarding, transfers, re-employment, benefits,discipline, appraisals and leaving of service Manage renewal of contract and home leave planning for Non-traditional source (NTS) staff Prepare monthly management reports and annual budgets Supervise and motivate staff registry clerks to meet work targets Execute and manage project deliverables on time Review & explore technologies to simplify staff administration processes and improve efficiency Requirements Possess a degree in any discipline Good interpersonal skills and team player Excellent written and communication skills Independent, meticulous with an eye for details Driven and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
