Summary This position is located within the Medical Subspecialty Care (MSSC) Service at the Kansas City VA Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. MSSC is a large clinical service providing inpatient and outpatient care across multiple specialty areas. Responsibilities Duties included but not limited to: Analyzes data generated from a variety of VA systems and reporting tools including VistA, CPRS, VSSC, MCA/DSS, Power BI, and other available databases to identify workload, productivity, access, and operational trends within MSSC. Extracts, compiles, validates, and organizes data for reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations, and leadership briefings. Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports related to provider productivity, clinic utilization, workload capture, encounters, consults, and operational performance.
