**Minimum Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and two years related experience.

**Job Summary:**
To provide analysis of institutional activities and recommend alternatives designed to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

**Job Duties:**

+ Performs qualitative analysis of departmental functions and procedures for small projects and provides analysis support for larger, more complex projects.
+ Prepares project work plan and schedule.
+ Examines departmental operations such as workflow, manual and automated systems, organizational structure and staffing, and current policies and procedures.
+ Prepares recommendations for implementation of new methods or systems that improve the operational effectiveness of the work area.
