QuantumLoopAI is looking for a Management Accountant (Group) to join our Finance & Operations team in London. This role is central to ensuring the accuracy of our group financial reporting and supporting the wider business as we scale.

The Role
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and supporting the year-end audit process. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to improve internal controls and streamline financial processes across our international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for the group and individual subsidiaries.
• Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Manage the month-end close process, including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
