Development of business growth through sourcing, generating, and building new business for OTM
Understand the OTM suite of products and how they best supporting our customers needs
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our Major National accounts. This involves understanding their needs, anticipating changes in the market, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. This might involve understanding the client's business goals and recommending additional OnTheMarket solutions that align with those objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure high client retention rates. This could include regular check-ins, providing ongoing support, and being proactive in addressing any issues that may arise.
