Job Requirements

• FAA, EASA, etc. or equivalent military training certificates.
• Military or commercial aircraft maintenance school or course required.
• Must be able to attain and maintain a local military flight physical (class I), equivalent to the FAA (class II).
• Must be able to pass hands‑on flight evaluation.
• BA or BS is preferred.
• Maintenance Examiner (ME) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years aviation maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total time, 1,000 hours PIC/PC and 200 hours MTP in the aircraft type required.
• Must be an aircraft‑type specific SME, having strong knowledge on systems, optional equipment, aerodynamics, required maintenance and post‑maintenance tasks.
