**Maintenance Technician**

**Pay:** **$35.54/hr**

**Shifts:** **2nd & 3rd shift openings**

**Overview:**

**Support a modern manufacturing facility by maintaining, repairing, and fabricating parts for industrial equipment.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production equipment
+ Troubleshoot issues with bearings, motors, belts, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
+ Install and replace parts (chains, belts, rollers, seals, etc.)
+ Fabricate and modify parts using shop equipment
+ Use mills, lathes, grinders, and other fabrication tools
+ Perform basic facility maintenance (doors, dock plates, minor repairs)

**Requirements:**

+ Strong mechanical maintenance experience
+ Hands-on experience with **mills and lathes** (required)
+ Ability to fabricate your own parts for industrial equipment
+ Experience with welding (MIG/TIG/stick) preferred
