Day-to-day of the role:

General Property Maintenance:

Perform repairs and maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems in commercial units.
Respond promptly to tenant service requests concerning lighting, appliances, fixtures, and general building systems.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of exterior and interior common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and parking lots.
