**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated production equipment across frozen, cooked, and packaging areas in a food manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Technician sets up production lines, responds to maintenance calls, performs preventive maintenance using a computerized maintenance management system, and ensures reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, and robotic systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and prepare production lines in the frozen, cooked, and packaging areas for operation.
+ Respond promptly to maintenance calls from the production floor and minimize equipment downtime.
+ Perform preventive maintenance activities assigned through the Fiix CMMS and document all work completed.
+ Realign, diagnose, and repair meat slicing machines (“Grody’s”) on grill lines throughout the shift.
