ROLE:Maintenance TechnicianREPORTS TO:Maintenance ManagerLOCATION:THE OPPORTUNITYThe Assistant Maintenance Manager supports daily maintenance operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function efficiently. This role assists with repairs, preventative maintenance, and service requests while upholding safety and quality standards. Additionally, they help lead the maintenance team, oversee vendor work, and ensure apartment homes are move-in ready. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete resident work orders promptly, ensuring quality service and adherence to the 24- and 48- hourguarantees where applicable. 

Perform maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures. 

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep equipment, tools, and common areas in top condition. 

Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily operations.
