**Lead Maintenance Technician**

$30-$35/hr
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Overtime Available

We are seeking an experienced **Lead Maintenance Technician** to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead and support daily maintenance activities.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
+ Assign and monitor work orders.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
+ Train and mentor maintenance staff.
+ Maintain CMMS records and manage spare parts inventory.
+ Support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.

**Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ 2+ years in a lead or senior technician role.
