Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30 AM to 2 PM
OT - 10 to 20 hours potentially a week
Work Environment
- Meat manufacturing and production facility
- Cold environment: ~40°F, with areas as low as 0°F
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance
- Maintain ongoing communication with:
- Operators
- Maintenance team
- Site leadership
- Enter and track repairs in SAP system
- Support facility upkeep including general maintenance tasks
Equipment Used
- Forklift
- Electric pallet jack
- Multimeter
- TIG/MIG welder
- Hand and power tools (bench grinder, drill press, etc.)
- Blade sharpening equipment
