Position Summary
:
Repairs all mechanical breakdowns, performs PM’s, installation of equipment and general maintenance duties for ride dynamics products (primarily off-road vehicles and trucks)
Position Responsibilities:
Use an electrical meter for basics such as checking voltage and ohmsWire in single phase motors, receptacles and sensors.Moderate welding / soldering using tig, mig and stick weld.Identify and repair pneumatic / hydraulic / nitrogen issuesDrill and tap holes as required.Make hydraulic hoses to correct dimensions.Build simple pneumatic / hydraulic / nitrogen systems.Moderate to advanced fabrication abilities.Helps install new equipment with the direction of engineering / layouts.Advanced troubleshooting skills on all types of production equipment for worn / misaligned tooling and mechanical failures.Plumb / pipe in water, pneumatic, oil and nitrogen lin...
