Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to ensure smooth production operations.
Support production lines by minimizing machine downtime and improving operational efficiency.
Conduct daily machine inspections and maintain maintenance records accurately.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams regarding maintenance activities and machine issues.
Control and manage spare parts usage, including inventory monitoring and stock records.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHS and workplace safety standards.
Support installation, setup, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
Prepare maintenance reports and related technical documentation.
