Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various mechanical and electrical systems within our manufacturing plant, focusing on high-pressure compressed air distribution, hydraulic systems, and electrical control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-pressure compressed air distribution systems and hydraulic systems including cylinders and pumps.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical control systems such as Siemens Simatic, Allen Bradley 5000, Allen Bradley 500, Beckhoff controls, and network communication systems like Profibus and Profinet.
• Configure and maintain inverters, VFDs, servos, encoders, and motors.
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, insulation testers, and clamp on amp meters for troubleshooting.
