Location: Croft Court
Hours: 22.5 per week (Monday–Friday, either 3 or 4 days; flexibility can be discussed)

About The Role

Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive in a role where you are accountable for ensuring smooth operation of minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for statutory compliance for the building, managing the large commercial waste bins, handling routine fixes, tackling unexpected issues, and ensuring the building is welcoming and safe for residents.

About You

We’re looking for a hands‑on individual with technical expertise, a strong work ethic, an upbeat attitude, and a solid background in maintenance. You should be resourceful, a problem solver for everyday issues, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
