Salary: £28,264.6 per annum based on 35 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Work hours: 35 hours per week – Full time

The Estates & Facilities team support all services across Northern Ireland to deliver vital services to people at their point of need. The team currently looks after a portfolio of 10 properties. This includes supported accommodation, care homes and 2 private dwellings. These are mixtures of joint and sole tenancies.
