+ Inspect, service and repair boilers, compressors, circulating pumps etc

+ Inspect, service and repair air conditioning units, heating units, and related controls, etc.

+ Inspection and service electric motors, controls, relays switches

+ General maintenance, i.e., plumbing, masonry, carpentry, repairs of all Fixed Facilities equipment and units

+ General maintenance including working from a 40 foot ladder, scafolding or cherry picker
