This position will be third-shift. The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for the coordination of mechanical and electrical work responsibilities to support the execution and auditing needed to achieve results in quality, cost, delivery, safety and sanitation for a high-speed manufacturing operation.

Qualifications/Requirements

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience. Team Leader/Supervisory experience preferred.

A working knowledge of manufacturing operating systems

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent computer skills.

Effective time management skills.

Previous work in a unionized manufacturing facility strongly preferred.
