This role includes leading the maintenance team, handling service requests, performing preventative maintenance, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills, a focus on customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
