Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor manages a team and ensures that performance objectives—Health & Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadlines, Engagement, Environment—are achieved. They work collaboratively with the workshop maintenance supervisor, maintenance planner, inventory coordinator, reliability specialist, and coordinators from other departments to improve and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
