**JOB SUMMARY**

This is a hands-on role requiring the supervisor to actively perform maintenance tasks alongside the team, including using tools, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs.This position will oversee the maintenance of all facility components of the operation. The primary responsibility will be to control costs while providing the best possible maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and employee safety.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Hands-on environment personally completing repairs
+ Manage building maintenance for both the operations and office areas.
+ Follow-up on all warranty issues and lease issues through distribution services and the manufacturers.
+ Oversee all building maintenance projects, upgrades, repairs, additions, and all material handling equipment monitoring and control.
