Maintenance Duties:

• Responsible for directing and overseeing total facility maintenance.
• Effective troubleshooting of equipment throughout the facility to ensure optimal levels of production
• Serves as a resource for the development and communication of more efficient methods to reduce maintenance and repair costs.
• Responsible for the strategic planning of the maintenance department.
• Responsible for managing departmental budget.
• Work with production team to resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner with minimal disturbance to output
