Position Summary:
Based in Vernon, California the Maintenance Supervisor will perform essential job functions associate with heat treatment under the direction of the General Manager to meet customer specifications including assisting other employees as needed.
Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):
The primary duties consist of, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for systematic and timely maintenance throughout the plant.
- Responsible for all general maintenance duties including painting, cleaning, fixture/tooling fabrication, installing belts, bearings, chains, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining plant equipment, including preventative maintenance and new equipment installation.
