They have multiple sites across the UK producing electricity, gas and natural fertiliser from waste. You will have an integral role in leading processes, the team and exciting future site development in a hands-on-based senior role.

Your new role

Leading the maintenance team at this large anaerobic digestion site. You will have oversight of all maintenance activities, KPI's and achievements for this site. Duties include:
-Deliver site safety
-Ensure site SOPs are understood and adhered to
-Lead the maintenance team
-Drive PPM usage across the site
-Must have a preventative maintenance mindset and CMS topliment the team.
-Project planning and delivery
-Contractors management on site
-CAPEX
