Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise plant maintenance personnel to ensure optimal performance.

  • Maintain machinery and support systems at maximum efficiency.

  • Follow, maintain, and evaluate preventive maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.

  • Administer the Red Tag program to monitor adherence to food safety goals through maintenance, sanitation, and quality verification steps.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with all other departments.

  • Train and cross-train mechanics in both mechanical and electrical repairs on various equipment.

  • Respond to breakdowns during off shifts and be available for contact during off hours.

  • Complete project jobs from preparing BOM lists to completion.

  • Ensure compliance with Company and OSHA rules related to safety, GMPs, security, and PPE policies.
