We are recruiting for a step-up Maintenance Supervisor / Small Works Supervisor to oversee and drive the successful delivery of minor works, fabric alterations, asset lifecycle upgrades, and compliance-led tasks within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.

This role bridges the gap between supervisory engineering and corporate project management. It is an opportunity for an ambitious Project Coordinator, Working Supervisor, or Senior Tradesperson who is ready to take full ownership of small works and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Command: Plan, scope, execute, and sign off on small works and minor engineering/refurbishment projects across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric disciplines.
