About the Role
Wingate is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations for a 70-unit residential community in Lawrenceville, VA.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll take full ownership of the property’s maintenance function—handling repairs, coordinating unit turns, and ensuring the community remains safe and well‑maintained. This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently in a smaller community setting.
What You’ll Do
Oversee all maintenance operations for a 70-unit property
Perform and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Complete unit turnovers and prepare apartments for new residents
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency/on‑call needs
Manage inventory, supplies, and work order completion
Pay : $27 per hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
