Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Superintendent to lead our maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities for our apartment complex. Your leadership will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability. Responsibilities:

+ Manage all maintenance related and capital improvement projects while adhering to the property’s budgets.
