LabCorp is seeking a **Maintenance Specialist** to join our team in **Phoenix, AZ.**

**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday 7am-4pm

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Performs specialized maintenance and/or repairs, i.e., electrical installations, HVAC, general carpentry, and plumbing.
+ Assists in maintenance of all Facility equipment, i.e., Fire Sprinkler, air handlers.
+ Organize and complete annual fire evacuation drill
+ Test eye wash and eye showers weekly
+ Review all department safety walks for accuracy and completeness.
+ Follow up with supervisor for out of compliance items and employee non-compliance.
+ Maintain SDS inventory (additions and deletions given to EHS Manager to update 3E)
+ Maintain the display case with work-related safety documents
+ Check that the sign off on Regulated Medical Waste logs is complete
+ Perform and maintain records for noise testing, ergonomic testing, glove accommodations
