**GENERAL SUMMARY**

In charge of all aspects of eSoms Scheduling for the assigned shop within the Maintenance department. Provide technical and administrative support for multi-discipline Maintenance group. Have strong knowledge of the union contract.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Own and manage the eSoms Fatigue Management (PQ&S) process for assigned areas. Continually review and analyze scheduled work, travel, training, overtime, etc. to ensure compliance with 10CFR26 fatigue order is maintained at all times, as well as ensuring overtime call outs stay within the union guidelines.

+ Run reports and make recommendations to management on OT availability for emergent work and added scope on schedule activity;
+ Provide direction on training/travel assignments directly to the craft once scheduled in eSOMs;
