We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support maintenance operations by coordinating schedules, managing work orders, tracking parts and repairs, and maintaining accurate records within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

+ Manage and update work orders in the CMMS.

+ Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.

+ Create purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders.

+ Track parts orders and assist with spare parts inventory management.

+ Coordinate maintenance projects and repair schedules.

+ Arrange shipment and return of motors and equipment sent out for repair.

+ Scan and maintain maintenance manuals and records in the CMMS.

+ Document maintenance activities and equipment history.

+ Record keeping.
