+ Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, work orders, and third-party services while managing the plant's CMMS and auditing maintenance effectiveness, as the Maintenance Planner

+ Utilize CMMS to effectively plan, schedule, and manage work orders from inception to completion, ensuring documentation and tracking of all maintenance activities

+ Coordinate with third-party service providers to handle service requests, establish purchase orders, and ensure timely closure of projects
