    The role is a Monday to Friday role working 40 hours per week during business hours and may include some on call work. 


    We are seeking an all allrounder Maintenance person to join our team, providing general services to our residents at our stunning Oakridge Villas in Kerikerik Northland. You will assist with the overall maintenance and upkeep of our village.

  • Providing general maintenance services to our residents in our Village.

  • Tasks can include everything from fixing a squeaky door or painting touch ups, to problem solving any kind of maintenance issue that might occur in your own home.

  • Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and maintained on site
