Are you a skilled painter looking for a stable role in a dynamic and supportive team? We are looking for a Maintenance Painter to join our team at UniLodge Living Group in Christchurch. This role is crucial in ensuring our student accommodation buildings remain well-maintained, aesthetically appealing, and fit for purpose.
  
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility will be painting and touch-ups across our student accommodation, as well as capital improvement projects.
  
This is a part-time position, 32 hours per week across a Monday to Friday roster.
