The Opportunity: We’re looking for a proactive, skilled, and reliable Maintenance Officer to join our Facilities Team, working across multiple college school sites in Belfast. This role is central to ensuring our buildings, grounds, and learning environments remain safe, functional, and weing for students, staff, and visitors.Working under the direction of the Facilities Manager, you’ll take ownership of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, using your technical expertise to keep the campus running smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a busy educational environment.
Essential Requirements

A recognised trade qualification, preferably in plumbing or joinery.

Broad practical skills across general maintenance disciplines.
