**Job Description**
This position requires a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to work on the 3rd shift at a production facility. The role involves diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical components and equipment, primarily focusing on reactive maintenance tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components.
+ Diagnose and fix issues with mixers, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic pumps.
+ Address problems with palletizers, shrink wrappers, and other packaging equipment.
+ Repair pneumatic components.
+ Assist with capital expenditure projects as necessary.
+ Collaborate with the lead to prioritize tasks.
+ Interpret blueprints and diagrams.
+ Analyze ladder logic to identify faults, particularly using ABB, Siemens PLCs.
+ Spend 95% of the time on mechanical troubleshooting.
