Requirements

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Valid Driver's Licence essential
• Sober habits essential
• Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, lodge, guesthouse, estate, or property maintenance
• Proven hands‑on maintenance experience
• Experience supervising maintenance or grounds teams advantageous
• Strong electrical knowledge and experience highly advantageous
• Plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance skills essential
• Experience with generators, solar systems, pumps, and water systems advantageous
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of hands‑on work
• Ability to work independently and manage contractors when required
• Own transport essential for candidates applying on a live‑out basis
