JDP is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Orangeburg, NY area! The candidate will be responsible to work with multiple departments including Operations, Supply Chain & Quality to develop and execute maintenance strategy, plans, and projects.

Responsibilities

• :Partner with Operations to determine software utilization and methods for effectiveness
• .Ensure equipment, facilities, utilities, and grounds are operating efficiently and safely
• .Oversee the development, revision, review and approval of all maintenance work instructions and operations procedures
• .Develop, set, track and report on maintenance CMMS Software and Metrics and analyze performance as means to drive improvement
• .Perform root cause analysis
• .Utilize new technology, equipment, and lean manufacturing principles
• .Manage maintenance spending/yearly budget
