+ Lead and optimize plant electrical maintenance systems to ensure reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
+ Plan and manage maintenance resources, budgets, and scheduling to drive cost-effective performance
+ Oversee and coordinate plant projects, shutdowns, and contractor activities
+ Partner cross-functionally to provide technical expertise and continuous improvement for production and maintenance
+ Champion a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
