As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of the plant's equipment, materials, and infrastructure, while respecting production, quality, and safety requirements. Your missions will include:
Planning and Management
Develop and set up preventive and corrective maintenance schedules using CMMS, taking into account priorities, production constraints, and costs. Update priorities based on production reports and follow the associated action plan. React quickly in case of breakdowns and ensure effective problem-solving.
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
