As Maintenance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Kempton Park building, on‑site lodge and apartments, parking yard and surrounding grounds. This includes day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs, contractor scheduling, and budget oversight—everything needed to keep a busy, people‑centred facility running smoothly and feeling cared for.
