The Maintenance and Facilities Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance-related activities within the company. This includes oversight and service of all physical aspects of the plant, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and refrigerant systems; maintenance of production equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds; and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Provides overall direction to Maintenance employees and contractors engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, equipment, and maintenance of building, grounds, and utility systems. The position is also responsible for partnering with production management to proactively address issues or challenges and equipment needs to reduce potential downtime and schedule repairs accordingly.
