Maintenance Manager

Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Swellendam, Western Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, schedule and oversee maintenance duties according to best practices.
• Regular communication with General Managers regarding requirements, planning and progress.
• Increase the operational effectiveness, equipment availability and life cycle cost of machinery and equipment through preventative maintenance.
• Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and checklists for operators.
• Manage the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the department.
