• Take responsibility for all maintenance throughout The Resereve, this is a hands on role working alsongside the maintenance assistant
• Manage on site contractors ensuring health and safety compliance is adhered to
• Maintain guest Lodges and front of house areas to a high standard
• Assist with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner
• Liaise with all departments ensure effective communication and a posituive guest experience
• Manage cost within budgeted guidelines within the maintenance department
• Preparation and communication of property reports for hotel
• Take responsibility for Health & Safety within The Reserve
