Greenwood Center for Rehab and Nursing is now seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant. The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience with providing maintenance in a building.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Assistant:.

• Monitors the performance of maintenance staff by observing staff on all units, on all shifts, and interviewing facility staff, residents, and families. Performs quality assurance functions, including regular compliance rounds.


• Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the facility policies


• Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures.


• Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc.
